Cancellation policy: In the event you need to cancel your appointment please note you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost if 24 hours notice is not given. If you do not call to cancel you will have to pay for any future treatments (and missed treatments) in full via PayPal at time of booking. This also applies to vouchers which will be voided if required cancellation period notice not given. In short (and to be blunt), you do not go in to work for free, and neither do I.
Children in the treatment room: No small (or naughty) children are allowed into the treatment room, this is for their safety due to the dangerous materials used within. There are no childcare facilities on site. By booking you agree that you will not bring any children. If you do and no one is available to watch them outside of the treatment room (someone who has come with you, the gym staff are not registered child minders sorry), your treatment may be refused and any booking fees/pre-payment lost.
Be prompt: A small delay can be catered for on longer treatments, however your treatment time may be reduced as a result. On shorter treatments (e.g. Upper lip wax) if you miss the start time, it will be unlikely that I will be able to accommodate your treatment, which may result in you having booking restrictions placed upon you or loss of booking fee.
Free consultation: whether you are interested in trying a new treatment or even if you have your treatments elsewhere I will always be happy to offer free professional advice regarding any treatment I am qualified in.
On line booking: You can book on line and will be asked to pay a booking fee of 50% to secure the appointment. This booking fee was put in place to deter fake appointments being made by Donald Duck and Banana Man.
